Shipping policy

Thank you for choosing Design Jvnkie. We strive to get our unique designs to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below are the details of our shipping process.

1. Processing Time


All orders are processed within 2–3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).


    Once your order is processed, you will receive a notification with your tracking information.


    Please note that during high-volume periods or sales, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.


2. Shipping Estimates


We offer standard shipping on all orders. Once your package has been handed over to our courier partners, the estimated delivery time is:


    Standard Shipping: 7 – 14 working days.


    Note: "Working days" refer to Monday through Friday and do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays.


3. Shipping Rates


Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.


4. Tracking Your Order


As soon as your order ships, we will send you a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours of being issued.

5. International Shipping

    Customs & Duties: Design Jvnkie is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).


6. Damaged or Lost Packages


Design Jvnkie is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.


    Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
