1. Return Window
Items can be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
Underwear and swimwear (if the hygiene seal is broken).
Earrings and other pierced jewelry.
Final sale or "Clearance" items.
Gift cards.
3. The Refund Process
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Timeline: You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies (usually 5–10 business days).
4. Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item. Alternatively, contact our support team to see if a direct exchange is available for that specific product.
5. Shipping Costs
General Returns: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover all return shipping costs.
How to Start a Return
